Return Policy: Returns must have a  Return Merchandise Authorization Number or they will not be accepted. All goods received without this RMA # will be refused and shipped back at customer’s cost. Goods must be in their original packing with all accessories,parts,paperwork and manual. Missing items will be charged to customer’s account. For item(s) returned to our facility within 7 days from original delivery, the refund will be the original amount paid. For item(s) returned past 7 days and within 14 days, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. After 2 weeks there is NO Return Policy. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility on any returned goods.
